Non destructive tests on concrete, Schmidt-Hammer & Rebar Locator

MEASURING THE IMPACT TOUGHNESS (Sclerometer)
The hardness measurement is used to evaluate the shock resistance of a concrete non-destructively. This method is attractive because of its simplicity; it allows making quick checks regularity of a concrete structure.
The determination of the hardness is based on the measurement of the distance that undergoes a mobile device (controlled by a spring) as a result of a collision between the device and the concrete surface.
Rebar Detection System
The Rebar Locator is a sophisticated device for the non destructive location of rebars and for the measurement of concrete cover and bar diameters, using the eddy current principle with pulse induction as the measuring method. As well as detecting the rebar diameter accurately to the millimeter by only one measuring procedure:
It performs the following functions:
- Locating rebar
- Concrete cover meter
- Storing individual cover values and statistical evaluation
- Determining the bar diameters
The CK-101 crack width gauge is used for real-time automatic detection of crack width and crack cracking process real-time observation, widely used in bridges, tunnels, walls, concrete pavement, metal and other material surface.
The instrument is composed of the host machine, the camera and the signal cable between the camera and the host.
Prior to use, connect the camera and the host and the instrument will start.
Measuring range: 0.02 ~ 8mm
Accuracy: <= 0.01mm
Operating temperature: -20 ~ 60oC
